The recent workshop in Everett, MA (near Boston) was hosted by
Kelly Cianflone, owner of SCKY Photography (www.sCkyphotography.com).
Kelly went out of her w ay
to provide a comfortable and rewarding experience for the six attendees,
including securing four children to participate in the model session
following the workshop.
Kelly is not only a talented photographer, but also the mother of a
special child, Luca, who has autism.

Yes, there are free
lunches!
The next two SKPA
Accreditation Workshops will offer free lunches! These workshops will be
held in the Las Vegas, NV area and in Waterloo, IA (see the schedule
below).
The workshop in Iowa is hosted by McKenna Pro Labs (www.Mckennapro.com)
and will be held at the studio of McKenna McNelly Photography (www.mckennamcnelly.com).
The two businesses (not related) are collaborating to provide a
spectacular event in the Midwest that will be well-worth attending.
McKenna Pro Labs will provide lunch and McKenna McNelly Photography
will host a special shoot-out and community photography event the day
following the workshop. Attendees may also stay to experience the
photography sessions held for the benefit of special children. Sign up

PHOTO TIP:
The profile of certain special
children may not be as good of an angle as the front. In children w/
Down syndrome, you will see a lot of extended tongues and possible
drooling. Their fragile immune system may result in frequent runny
noses. |
