SKPA AMBASSADORS

Become a Special Kids Photography Ambassador by working in your community to let parents of special children know about the photographers that have been trained to provide beautiful portraits of children with disability or serious illness.

If you are interested, fill out the SKPA Ambassador form and return it to the address on the form.

This program is still in the development stage but you can get going with spreading the word about SKPA in your own area of the country.

Some ways to do it:

  • Contact local support groups for Down syndrome, autism, etc. and offer to speak at a gathering or provide information about SKPA in some other way

  • Contact local service clubs such as Kiwanis, Lion's Club, Elks Club to make a presentation, show beautiful photographs of special children or ask for funding

  • Contact local special education schools and therapy centers to provide contact information for SKPA-trained photographers

  • Arrange to have space donated at local events so you can attend and inform attendees about SKPA and the photographers who are available for photo sessions

  • Encourage and arrange SKPA workshops for photographers in the area through contact of local PPA guilds, photo labs, camera stores, etc.

If you want to get started with promotion activities right away, here is a flyer to print out and cut apart (4-up). We tried to make it so it uses as little ink as possible. Or send the .pdf. file to a printing company for reproduction and cutting. This can be printed with black ink only.

We plan to make a picture/information kit and postcards available for informational purposes. First, we will need to find a sponsor to help us accomplish this.

FLYER CHOICES:
Baby outline flyer (print 4-up and cut)
Baby held by mother flyer (print 4-up and cut)
Baby held by mother flyer (print 2-up and cut)
